- Motivation letter
- Information collected during interviews, video-calls and/or phone-screenings you may have
- Details of the type of employment you are or may be looking for, your notice period in relation to your current employment, current and/or desired salary and other terms relating to compensation and benefits packages, willingness to relocate or travel, and/or other job preferences
- Any sensitive and/or demographic information obtained in accordance with applicable law during the application process such as gender, citizenship, nationality, right to work in a specific country, medical or health information
- Reference information received from previous employer and/or background checks

- Health certification (for crew)

How we use personal data
Application data obtained through the website is stored in our system in a file that is only accessible to those who are directly involved with and responsible for your application.Our HR department is supported by our office in the Philippines, where authorised individuals will have access to the personal data submitted.
We may share personal data with suppliers providing services during the application procedure (e.g. performing assessments). These service providers only process personal data according to instructions of MIC and MIC will, to the extent necessary, extend by contract its privacy policy and data protection practices.
